I'm assuming we're not restricted to views from the van/MH so here is the view of the bridge at Barca d'Alva on the border of Spain and Portugal, taken from the cabin on our Douro river cruise back in September (seems like a lifetime ago! )

Last year's Irish Setter Rescue walk on Dartmoor. May's version at Matlock has had to be cancelled but hopefully by September we might be out on the Moor with all our 2 and 4 legged friends again!

Under that little arch to left of the road as in my photo and could be dancing to a well know song, we were in the campsite opposite of the river in 2018.

Underneath the Arches by Flanagan and Allen?
I remember it as it was favourite song on my dad's and it was written about people sleeping rough under the Friargate railways arches in Derby and he would sing and remind of that me whenever we passed them.

Ditto PD, I have just come in from an excellent BBQ, using the last of our sausages from our last trip in the van last year. I was at a council run site on the east coast of Suffolk, on the edge of a lovely unspoilt town with no supermarkets, only independent butchers, greengrocers etc. The site is just across the road from a lovely, quiet beach and also next to an estuary and harbour with a lovely walk along the harbour and across the estuary by a row boat ferry or bridge which takes you into a lovely unspoilt village which was on the TV last week. Absolutely unique, there is also a great pub in this village and has a fine art studio on stilts in an old fishing hut just as there is also the best fish restaurant ( in an old fishing hut) just by the harbour. The cream for me is the best beer in the country, on tap, in the two pubs in the town, heaven, (my profile name gives a clue). So whilst enjoying the BBQ I was reflecting on how lucky we have been and the fact that we were due at this site next week, But!!. So I am looking forward to when this is all over and get back to all the things that we enjoy (We have actually re- booked for September, just hoping we can go). I am not going to give the name of the site because at the moment it is not over busy and we can normally get a pitch when we want but I am sure that that there are quite a few members that know the site I am talking about. PS, I like your choice of wine PD, one of our favourites.
