I don't want to ring at this difficult time so tried to renew on line. However, when I go to what is the appropriate page there is no button or other means of actually renewing. I select "Renew my cover" on p1 then p2 is all I get. I'd really like to do this today.....

Which browser did you use? I'm using firefox - maybe it's taking exception to that....

Mine has a 'PAY NOW' button whereas yours doesn't, it's also due the same time as yours and I will do it tomorrow.

Using Chrome. (open image in 'New Tab' to see the bigger/clearer picture)

Try clearing cache, disabling any Adblockers or cookie blockers you have running.

No, tried deleting cache and cookies as well as disabling adblocker and Ghostery - still no joy. I'll give it another go tomorrow.

I have worked it out (with the help of friendly staff at East Grinstead!). I'd forgotten that I'd set up a Direct Debit for this.....

It might have been a good idea for this to be included on the front page for those of us with failing memories.....
