Hi,

We have just booked the eurotunnel through the caravan and motorhome club, which we saved over £30 but does anyone know how to add your API

Thanks for any advice

Yes, I think WtG above is correct, why not ring the club and ask?

From memory, I think there is a phone number on the emailed confirmation for you to ring Eurotunnel direct for the API - only takes a few minutes

Correct, ring the number on the confirmation sent by the Club. Two minutes to give the details required and job done.

It will be at the bottom of the confirmation and read like this:

'The UK government has introduced Exit Checks at all ports. To
comply with this please call Eurotunnel on 0330 123 3207 to
register the passport details of all passengers PRIOR to travel.'

Might be a dumb question this but do you have to supply ferry companies with API prior to travel? Never heard of this before for travelling to France

That’s a worthwhile discount but just be aware that if you want to change the return booking (which we seem to do every year!) you can only do this via the Club during normal business hours. For that reason we always book direct.

    Hi Buckley,

If all else fails, on arrival at the tunnel go to the Services Desk in the shopping moll and do it there, it takes less than 2 minutes but remember to take your passports with you.
