Brittany Ferries ferry booking problem
Just been trying to look up and book a return crossing from March until May and the club site came back with not bookings available Poole Cherbourg and offered dfds Newhaven instead. . Having been on the Brittany Ferries site it confirms not possible and tells you they have exciting news for everyone! It is not possible to book a return as they have a new range of ticket types from April 22nd 2020 and you cannot book a return starting before and then after these dates. You have to book 2 single crossings instead......
At the end of the day found good prices using Poole and then Le Havre for the return using the single journey search on the club site.
Has anyone had problems with the new club site as it would not allow me to enter my car height and length. Eventualy after trying different ports it worked and kept it for my searches.
Happy travels in 2020 to all.

Plenty of problems here to keep you going ... another own goal for the CC by the looks of it.

Making 2 ferry bookings is not unique to the clubs website. Brittany Ferry have the same problem. I had to make 2 separate crossing bookings because, as you say, they have introduced a new system for next season. It's to do with flexibility, giving you the choice of paying slightly more in return for a more flexible booking.
BTW, it's worth persevering with the website as BF will charge you £10 per crossing as they consider it 2 bookings as they are in differing seasons.
