Hi, Very generous of you but I have seen many posts, on this and other forums, that point out that posting you CV membership is in breach of the CV conditions?

A&J are correct its stated in the T&Cs I believe.

More to the point is that the code alone is not enough as a guest you must have the name of the full member as well.

Is that right, thanks. I always thought it had to be the name of the member not the guest.

I had tried it a while ago without the members name and it didn't apply the discount,  once I put the members name in it did.

Sorted now as I have all the details and booking made.

“anyone travelling” does not constitute “a friend” so T&Cs are broken, I would think.     The CAMC rate would work out just the same as they give 10% discount, and it’s legal....but the donor would lose out on his credits...

I have seen a poster on another forum comment, in regard to using his code, to the effect that the more the merrier as it was reducing his costs considerably.

Many years ago when we looked into Club Voyager we spoke to BF about the requirement to 'own a property' as it was then and were told not to worry they would still accept us as they would consider our caravan a holiday home.

Perhaps they let a few uses go but may clamp down if it appears excessive either way at the cost it is not something I will be worrying about as, for me on the routes that I am likely to use, a club combined deal beats a CV price hands down.

If using Spanish routes or using a MH that comparison changes considerably.

Just tried it and you do need surname of the member. It came up with an error message when I tried my own name. Has anyone shared their surname?
