Hi All, Does anyone know if it is possible to leave this site early, say 0700-0730, to catch the ferry at Ouistreham?

Sites website mentions staying open late but no mention, that I can see, of early departure.

Thanks.

I usually use this site just for going out but do remember staying there for a few nights on our return one year. I'll try to see if I kept a diary in those days but the info may be out of date. If I find out anything I'll re-post

Found it. We caught the 9 o'clock ferry so obviously must have left the site early. As WTG says might be best if you email site just to confirm.

Enjoyed the trip down memory lane. That year was a particularly good holiday of 13 weeks in mostly good weather.

People leaving early to catch ferries and workmen leaving early to go to work - those are mainstays of the business there all the year round.

But for motorhomers the alternatives can be the Aires at Lion sur Mer and Hermanville sur Mer - both about ten minutes from Ouistreham ferryport.  Searchforsites.co.uk has details for them.
