yes I agree, I could not even get to the UK sites page earlier. As I have said in another thread it is a disgrace for such a large business like the C&MC to have these continueing problems. It would help understanding if there was more communication as to what was going on. The C&CC is also having problems and their upgrades seem to have been halted. At least when I  complained to the C&CC about an error,  I had a response with an explanation in hours.

And also, looking at Late Availability for next weekend, there’s no pitches anywhere!

Yes, noticed it this morning, haven’t used the site for a couple of days. Hope it isn’t affecting the bookings section. If it is, my handbook might be worth a bit of money!😁

Seriously, hope it gets sorted soon.

Can't get in from the discussions page at all now. However, seems to work from latest activity.

Although I can search for a site, they all return no availability. Same with the App. It is to be hoped the problem does not extend to the system at the sites themselves.

I’ve had the delayed loading of a page for weeks now. I click, but there is a definite wait before webpage comes up. iPad using Safari.

    Hi all

    I'm an employee of CAMC.

I can confirm the following -

We were notified of an issue with UK Site Bookings this morning and are currently investigating the issue. Bookings are not visible in either the My Bookings section of the website or the mobile app. However, they are currently visible to staff on the sites network.

The website is currently running on limited infrastructure due to a connectivity issue between various components of website and the database where the bookings are stored.

This is being treated as P1 (priority 1) incident at the moment and is being investigated by various teams within CAMC's IS Dept.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Justin

    Thanks for posting this Justin

Perhaps, as others have suggested (and many others think the same) when you get back into your office, could you voice our opinions and ask why does such a huge organisation  - CAMC - have so many issues with its website? In this day and age of technology, it is quite frankly very poor service towards its members.

    Many thanks

    Hi Jonray

I can't reply in any official capacity to your post. As you probably know, it's usually Rowena that speaks for CAMC on Club Together.

All I can say is that we currently have 3 different technical teams investigating the issue. Any outages related to the corporate website service or the membership service are always treated as a priority and raised internally as a major incident.

Once resolved, we always carry out Root Cause Analysis and put measures in place to prevent the same issue from recurring.

    Regards

    Justin

It makes a welcome change to have feedback.

Well done, Justin, you’ve proved the skill of communication is alive and well.

Good luck with getting things sorted.

We have identified the issue but are currently unable to resolve the connectivity between the website and the membership database. It has been escalated to our external partners

On the 'Site/Bookings Down?' Thread a moderator has said '

Moderator Edit: Duplicate thread.  Please see How to Use Club Together Section.' That thread is now closed. I looked in vain for a similarly titled thread. Is this the one referred to as I see no mention of bookings; or am I missing something?

Corners, saw your post mentioned under "Internal server error" and, having had a few this afternoon to report, clicked on it and got ==  I S E !!

Had to find another way in, but at least the cricket commentary is keeping me calm and placid yell.

In the last 15 minutes or so, we have fixed the issue with UK Site Bookings. All members should now be able to view their existing bookings and create new ones.

There are still a few internal server errors being generated in some discussions in Club Together, which are still being investigated by our Infrastructure team.

    Regards

    Justin
