Web site
Have to admit the caravan web site is not very good.
Several occasions I have tried to amend bookings and it just won't do it. That's three times I have had to phone the site to amend a booking. Not impressed.

It’s always worked for me. I’d say the booking system probably works better than the rest of the site.

It might be useful to know the system you are using. Sometimes, when a new release date for sites comes online the booking system can have a few problems. Also it has been known for the site to become very slow when nothing much seems to happen but outside of those times I don't think we have had many issues. I use a Windows system and not had any issues with either booking or amending, not that I do it that often.

I have a similar problem in amending bookings. It won't let me in chrome but will in explorer.
I did post this once in snagging list.
But apart from that I really like the booking system.

The site has been flaky in the past but I thought the issues had been addressed. It might be helpful to staff if you could say the device and browser or app you are using. Do you try to amend bookings at a particular time e.g. Sunday evening?

I think it is just my ' main' computer and not the laptops or other devices. It has a lot of software for exam boards and government stuff which don't work with chrome (actually specified to use IE) so I just assume it is something to do with that.

Agree with TW, it’s the one aspect of the website that seems to work very well. Might have been quite a complex change, perhaps we will never know.
