Slovenia Vignette for Motorhome

I have just travelled through Slovenia on way to Croatia. I bought a 7 day vignette for 30 Euro’s assuming this was the one required. Looking around on site some motorhomers seem to have bought the 15 euro one. Which is correct ? Too late now but if I can save cost on return journey I will do.

    It all depends on the measurement of the height above your Motorhome front axle - whether it's under or over 1.3 metres. An informative diagram is on their website

    Thanks Eurotraveller My height is 2.9 metres so guess it will be above the 1.3 metres. Now looked on website as recommended and there is a list of British vehicles. My base is transit which is 2B so 30 euros correct not worth risking 15 euros.

    Depending on where you are in Croatia, the E61 is a toll-free route back into Italy near Trieste

    Thanks chasncath. Plan is to go back via Bled and then on into Austria. Looking forward to Kovacine as recommended by you. Next stop is Moscenicka Draga but will drive the long way round to Cres crossing from Krk following your previous comments on road from Porozina.

    Very envious of you!

    When stopping at M0scenika Draga, a day trip ( by bus) to Opatija is worthwhile: it was once the most stylish of resorts for Italians.

    Was planning to visit Opatija. Are the buses quiet frequent ?

    It's a few years since we last stopped at Moscenicka Draga before getting the ferry to Cres. It's not far to Opatija, about 20 minutes. I've cheated and found this website for you!

    Hi chasncath just going over old posts and thinking of next trip to Croatia. When you say E61 is toll free assume you still have to buy vignette to travel from Krk to Trieste ?
