Capbreton aire

No argument at all, WTG, but the more you post querying the motives of others, the more the thread will move on.

Personally I did not know that before posting on any thread one had to have a particular knowledge or want? I thought it was open to all?
Incidentally, who is posting politely, and who isn't? It would appear that it is those who disagree with other's views who are being, say we say, abusive? I can't think of another word for those posts that include words such as bullies, children...
I may or may not use an aire, that is by the way. But I like one aire shown and not the other, can I not say this?

+1, as said I had no idea they could be so different, one a car park (no offence) the other a mirror of a club site

+1. It does look very good

FOlk were posting reasonably with their thoughts PD until, on page two I think when this was needlessly posted: 'such a shame that my information post, alerting Aires users to the fact that Capbreton was open again gets pounced on by those who have no interest in the subject.' Until that somewhat adversarial post folks were giving their thoughts as they reasonably should be able to.
The site at Capbreton looks OK for a night halt

All I wanted to do was ask peedee for the location of the Aire about which he wrote. That post is long past, alas. And possibly people with a real interest have long ago given up.
WTG the Aire is at La Celle Saint Avant just north of Chatellerault and just of the D910 . You can walk into the village along a track to the right of the lake in the picture. It was 9.60 Euro a night including EHU. Water tap alongside each pitch and good drive over MSVP

But can you really see a major difference between these two?

well yes as the club site is far better in all respects IMO, but I did say can you see?

is there a time limit?

It was like a CL. Barrier controlled; 12 individually marked 'pitches' each with water and EHU.
really more a 'proper' site (club or not)
