WiFi ar Broadway
Hi all,
Just a quick question we're going to Broadway for 2 weeks next week & I am contemplating getting the Club WiFi for £27.50 a year. Has anyone visited Broadway recently & used the Club WiFi.
Thanks.

We are there in November this year and will be using our own wifi and as it will be half term whilst you are there it will be busy, as we found out last year on a number of sites it was very poor the best was Black Knowl site. OH ex IT and electronics engineer not impressed with club wifi and knows the problems with it. Enjoy your stay.

In my experience of Silver standard sites such as Broadway I have not had a problem. When on site access to the forum does not require wifi purchase. If that works OK (and as it can me a slow site) I would buy if likely to make use.
Just looked at website and for info: Site information
Please note that from 4 February 2019 for around 2 weeks, there is a road closure on the A44 dual carriageway between Evesham and Wickhamford. Members coming from the North or South on the A46 will be diverted through Aldington, Bretforton (B3045) and then through Willersey.0 -
Thanks Easy T for the route information.
Look how we've all moved on, I've just posted about the availability of WiFi on a site where I'll park my centrally heated, power showered , full cooking facility , fixed bed motorhome with 2 TV's & microwave and full length fridge freezer.
When Mum & Dad used to take us caravanning in Bewdley in the late 60's our Van had no toilet a 2 ring gas hob with no oven or fridge and the lighting was via gas mantle. The Van had no toilet & water for the sink was hand pumped & was very erratic.
Has to be said we had great times though.

Lovely days ours was slightly posher as we had a foot pump which could be flush to the floor when not in use.
Donot remember damp issues and axle failures etc in them days either as there was no heating in the caravan it was chilly to say the least and no mains power on sites or built in to caravan pretty basic by today’s standards but we and our kids loved it even ventured abroad in it.
