    Got to admit, Jeeps do have one or two peculiarities. But still great cars, especially for towing and off road.🤔😂

    We had a very nice Cherokee, few years ago now, one of the low boxy type ones. We decided to use Wrangler for towing so left Cherokee in garage. We were away four weeks, got home, Cherokee refused to do anything, just gave out a peculiar squeak. It was in a huff, been left too long, had shut everything down, battery flat. Took a bit of figuring out but we got there. We should never have parted with this beauty.

    Just had a look at my Jeep manual, you could try pulling fuse 36 which is the intrusion module and siren. This seems to be all it supplies so everything else should work.

     Haven't checked where this is but maybe for LHD model

    Extract from handbook page 640

    Interior Fuses
    The interior fuse panel is located in the passenger com-
    partment on the left side dash panel under the instru-
    ment panel.
    Cavity Blade Fuse Description

    F36 10 Amp Red Intrusion Module/Siren – If Equipped

    Ok here's the interior fuse box ,it is behind the cubby box to the lower right side the of the steering wheel for UK cars.As far as I can ascertain from web info fuse 36 is the bottom right red 10A fuse. There are videos on the web of US cars . The cubby box is removed by a firm pull outwards and upwards.

    Fuse 36 is the alarm and siren. Haven't tested this works yet......too cold to mess about our there today!

    how did you get on with the jeep towing as l am considering 2017 Cherokee ltd model. Could not much information about towing experiences
