March 19 Santander > Marbella Route?

Arriving Santander evening 22 March and are staying at CMC recommended Camping Oyambre.

Then have allowed myself 3 nights/4 days to head on down to Marbella - Bella Vista.

Know the campsite very well but not done this route before and would appreciate any recommendations on route (prefer toll free!) and associated overnight stops - have ACSI card.

Towing a 7.4 metre Elddis Crusader.

Many thanks for your time in replying

Agreed but Marbella is known - doubt that too many people would have heard of Manilva!! laughing

    Any recommendations on sites?

    Thanks again

Sites? All four places I mentioned earlier have sites listed on the ACSI Eurocampings website - with gradings and reviews - but I don't know how far you like to drive each day. Take care.

Thank you David  This is mirrors exactly the alternate route which I had already prepared - as there seem to be more sites this way than down via Seville  Appreciate your input.

camping Oyambre is a great site although weather not great in March and some pitches can be a bit on the wet side, was there in early april last year with 7.3m caravan, site very quiet as weather not great and was glad i had 4x4, but people who run the site are really friendly, stayed 4 days on return trip in June, beautiful, vista really good, snow on mountain tops etc, beach 10 minutes walk, good indoor and outdoor pool, nice bar and restaurant and really good toilet/shower block, approx 45 mins from port but easy drive, enjoy, can't really help with route and them that knows more than me have given sufficient info. Shop not that great and nearest super market in San Vincente, and vets should you need one on return, 15 minutes drive but beautiful place.
