Hello,

our blue drain tap is stuck in part open position resulting in a slow loss of fresh water. We cannot close  it completely and we’re wondering how easy it is to replace the tap. The pipe work is fine.

MG55, most blue or grey drain taps simply clip into the holding bracket and are a push fit on to the pipe. MH plumbing pipes are normally push fit and not fixed or stuck in any way.

    You're welcome. Hope it helps.

You can usually buy new drain taps in MH/caravan accessory shops if yours is beyond help.

Easy to fit to pipes but not that easy to access under the motorhome but that could just be the way mine was mounted.
