Hi, C65 and welcome.
There's a similar enquiry here -

It is probably wise to keep in touch with the Club's travel department/ updates. Things could very well change in 2019 depending on the situation with regard to Brexit (not wishing this to become a political debate). The arrangements for pet travel, the need/ or otherwise to need to carry a 'green card', and up-to-date on heath cover could very well change. That makes it really difficult to offer up-to-date advice.

Campervan65, Good morning. You asked this same question 12 days ago on 1st November and got detailed answers then.

Well done, Euro. I doubt it was a deliberate attempt to cause issues. Perhaps the OP couldn’t find their first thread. A lot of info was given and it’s here -

There are problems again with posts on CT appearing out of sync, old posts are appearing instead of latest posts. I have alerted Rowena again to what is happening, hope this helps anyone looking in and wondering where their posts might be.

Thank you you for your advice we are going for 3 weeks in August looking At sites now just received the new book not sure whether to use ferry or eurotunnel with the dog

To my mind, there’s no question about it. The Tunnel allows you to be with your dog in the camper. The ferry requires him/her to be kennelled or left alone in the van on the noisy car deck for hours. I’d not subject a dog to that.😕
