They don't usually which is why there are a few threads on here about sites close to good transport links.

Generally car parks with no height restrictions.  Read any notices as how to park and if you take up 2 bays pay for them.  Generally you can visit a council website to get information of what car parks are suitable or at least a number/email address to find out.  Generally we have not had any issues it just takes a little work beforehand.

Some P&R have dedicated MH bays such as Salisbury, York, Canterbury also and generally we look for P&R first.

Of course if you go abroad you are welcomed with open arms and there are lots more options open to you, some supermarkets even have dedicated MH sized bays....

In a car park with appropriately sized bays. It's not that difficult unless you have a 7 metre plus MH with a bit of research. You need to do a bit of online checking before committing to a location, checking for height barriers. Sometimes width is more of an issue. Despite most cars being much wider nowadays, LAs like to pack them in.

We have had no issues parking up in last four years, always do research, ask a local or a traffic warden if you aren't sure, and pick your bay sensibly. You can often overhang at the back in some car parks. Some places restrict parking of MHs and PVCs where it has been abused and upset locals, North Berwick is a case in point, but we haven't come across many such places.

If you are thinking of getting a big MH, think carefully. If you need to leave it on site, and rely on walking or public transport all the time, you might be better with a van. I would suggest that small but still comfortable is the best option. They are made for touring around in after all!

Are you familiar with this website, SB? Obviously the ease or difficulty in parking is going to vary depending on the size of your MH.

just to add to TWs link, MMM magazine publish a 'where to park (uk)' booklet, his may also be available via their website.

also, www.park4night gives (euro wide) overnight town parking to supplement the above.

ypu can also simply Google parking in any area on googlemaps and carparks (and generally) their restrictions can be found. also gives a good view as to access etc.

again, as another option, many MHers use ebikes to get about...we use ours all the time, doubles as good exercise too.

Definitely think carefully about size of MH, especially if you intend to travel in UK frequently.  We've just changed to a smaller MH partly to enable easier parking here. We recently managed to park the new van in a city car park in Durham for example.  (Still plan on going abroad though)
