Now I know many of us, including me, love pies but which one would you choose on this pubs menu?

Wow, that's some pie menu. Quite fancy the Cleveland bay, can't beat a bit of oxtailfoot-in-mouth

A couple of weeks ago I had the Quarter Horse. For me a recipe more reminiscent of a scene in Blazing Saddles. Enjoyed the 'dining' experience and the pie but the quantity beat me. Probably one for the more able cowpokes among us!wink

Yes, David, they do. They are their well behaved owners are welcomed in the inn, not in the resaurant area mind but in a section of the bar.  Best to ring and book I'm told!

Look no further than number one on the menu. Steak and kidney for me or one of the variations " Kate and Sidney " or " Snake and Pygmy"

Although this post is over two months old, I have only just realised where the pub is.  We regularly go to Filey for a day out and dog walk - so will definitely be looking in on this place on our next visit!

Merve - if you are looking for somewhere to stay, I can thoroughly recommend High Breame CL at Flamborough and although I am sure there are others closer, you won't get better.  Fully serviced pitches, toilet and shower and John and Kim will make you very welcome.  Trouble is - it's very popular!

As the french say - the best places to eat are the places you cant get into for customers.

Richardandros - shame on you! Fully serviced pitches, showers, TOILETS?  I am strictly a non EHUer and am power independant. Thanks anyway but I'll leave it to those who like that sort of thing!sealedwink If its got a tap and a disposal point I'm happy.

There is a board just inside the door that shows just how many of each pie is available - updated after each order.  Saves trying to order something that the gluttons have just finished.
