Fantastic Service From Kampa
Just 3 days into a fortnight in Cornwall & noticed Bulges in two poles in my Kampa Ace Air 400.
Messaged Kampa via Facebook Messenger & got an instant reply advising to reduce pressure slightly in the affected poles, they then couriered replacement poles to the site we are staying on completely free of charge even though the awning is now in its fourth season!
Just an hour to replace both poles on site with awning still attached to van and all back to normal.
Well done Kampa, we are all quick to criticise when problems occur but with level of service Kampa have provided they have been nothing short of exceptional.

MDD. What size are you going for as I have a brand new never been out the bag Kampa Air Pro 330 that I would consider selling as wife disabled and don't think I would manage on my own putting it up( the awning that is )haha. john.whittles@btinternet.com.

Exactly my experience as well, miller. Three years ago, our then, nearly new Air Pro 380 failed to inflate properly at the start of a two week holiday in Devon. Phone call to dealer who then rang the Kampa Rep resulted in a new awning being sent to our site by overnight courier and it arrived at 8.30 the next morning- at no cost to us. Turned out to be a trivial problem with the original but that didn’t stop Kampa’s excellent response. Have since swapped the 380 for a 390 Grande and have loads of other Kampa kit based on their outstanding customer service.

Us too. Our Air Ace Pro 390 showed some bowing sideways on its tubes. We rang Kampa, who collected it the next day and returned it within a week, fixed, all at no cost to us. We found Kampa to be, helpful, quick, reliable and honest in every way. The must be commended on an excellent service.
