We have used the ACSI book for 5 years , but next year we will not require it . If i cancel when  is the best time to do it ..

    Hi Arrivakids,

    As [Deleted User User] has said, please simply do not order it, as it is no longer required.

    The ACSI book would be something that you call in to order or order online.

    There would not be an automatic renew or payment set up for that.

    The card can actually be ordered direct from ACSI at a 25% discount on an annual automatic subscription.

    If you ordered it this way and received it each year without placing  a new order then you will need to contact them.

    It is normally sent out and debited at the end of the year.

    As above if you (like us) have it on order direct from Acsi  and pay by direct debit, I would just cancel the DD and send Acsi an email informing them that you no longer require one.

    If I remember correctly, if you started with a 2 year subscription that will continue till you cancel it, and these days, if they have your credit card number they will just charge it, so you do need to tell them if you want to cancel.

    They seem to start charging in November, so I would suggest you cancel no later than October, but there is no reason you cannot do it earlier in the year.

    Your current year subscription will still be valid till the end of the year.

    Make sure you ask for confirmation of the cancellation, you can do it all by e mail.
