I hope my responses on here today won't be regarded as excessive posting. It would be very unfair if it did because I have not posted on here for a long time. I've been told that excessive posting can be regarded as dominating a discussion and trolling all of which are breaching T&Cs. Perhaps the T&Cs need to be changed in order not to be over restrictive as to exclude a broader spectrum of Caravan Club members from posting on here.

A broad range of posters do post on here, the rules are fine, most stick to them.

Sounds like you're having a good time.

Could be interested in your cycle saddle. Changed mine for similar reasons and thought it was better, but still got sore bits embarassedembarassed. Haven't used it lately for that reason. Might get it out later and try it again.

That's not entirely true, brue. IanH no longer posts on here and neither does Tigerfish and I think many others have disappeared too. The number of posters on here are a minority compared to the number of members of the Caravan Club as a whole, possibly because they are afraid to say anything, in case it is taken the wrong way, by others on here.

I was told that saying things in jest are against the T&Cs as jokes can be misunderstood or misinterpreted. That seems rather over restrictive to me.

Furthermore, brue, when I was absent from here, other posters on here said that they had missed me and wanted me back and that in their opinion I had not breached any of the T&Cs. They recommended that I should ignore the narrow-minded people on here that have pressed the report button to complain about them too. So it seems that not everyone agrees with you brue!

New ones to me but then I haven't looked for T&Cs as I am usually disappointed when I search CC site without aid of google.

I did find: 'Be aware that jokes or comments that work face-to-face might appear mean or insensitive online.'

Can't say that I worry about being thought mean or insensitive.

Nobody is opposed to anything on here Malcolm other than derogatory personal or unkind comments or anything else that goes against the T&Cs.

well I'm still fuming that when i picked up my van from it's service yesterday they tried, well actually ...

What job do you think I was (going) to be charged 15 minutes labour and therefore £18 for?

Clue something that a ten year old would be able to do in perhaps 1 minute?, maybe three if you include the walk into the shop and back to get it off the shelf?

even easier than that, that would have required some tools this doesn't (and no not even fitting a new smoke alarm battery)

It’s obviously something utterly ridiculous, Corners, so I’m guessing it’s H&S related.
