Do any members use additives in there diesel to help keep the dpf fillter and egr valve clean

    Nope. My handbook expressly says to avoid them.

    There was a similar thread not long ago, rjb. You might find it if the wind's in the right direction and thereโ€™s an R in the month.

    just use premium fuel.

    I have had various diesel vehicles for around 30 years now, and have never used premium fuels or additives and have never had a problem using mainly supermarket fuels with the occasional cheapest convenient branded top up.
