I wonder what people made of Chris Froome's performance today, and on the Zambolan, or Simon Yates up to today for that matter?

    I can guess exactly what thoughts will have been!

    It was an amazing performance by Froome, but he has shown on other occasions just how good he is in the mountains. Couple that with some of the canniest team tactics and it's a winner. Have to admit I had written him off before this week, doubted he would actually finish this Tour, but an amazing ride yesterday. Yates has done well, but lacks the experience at the moment, and he's not got the team that Froome has behind him. Fingers crossed Froomey can keep going the same today, TD is a major threat.

    Well all I can say is Well Done Chris Froome & Sky, an exceptional individual & team performance!!

    If people want to discuss the Giro d'Italia 2018 please feel free to do so but do not muddy the water by mentioning by name people who seeming no longer post on this forum for whatever reason. I have Deleted User all posts not directly to do with the subject matter and slightly edited the original post.

    What happened to this post? The OP was a genuine question,why has it been changed? 

    And it was a great win by Chris Froome, OP, regardless of all the controversy surrounding him.

    The post was changed because you mentioned a current/former members name which then lead to lots of posts to do with that member and others who have stopped posting or had been removed, rather than the subject matter. The alternative would have been to close the thread. Best not to second guess what other people might think especially if they no longer regularly posters on the forum. I hope that explains the action taken.
