Thetford electric flush not working

Put the 12v light on in the washroom. If the light dims when you press the flush button then the pump is jammed/seized.
If not possibly inline fuse at back of cassette compartment, corrosion in the little printed circuit under the push button or poor wiring connection

a very common problem is that 'enthusiastic' pushing of the button has pushed the PCB back away from the button connector....
its an easy fix....
peel away the plastic button film to expose the PCB, you'll be able to see the area where the 'press' should make contact.
press this to test the flush is still actually working...
if so, resite and clip in place 'dislocated' PCB block to ensure full contact with 'press flush'....
had this happen several times on first Bolero, very common apparently.
probably a YouTube video if you search...

I have had the fuse go but also the pump. On the Thetford model that I had it was fairly simple to fit a new pump but I needed heat shrink sleeving on the connections as they were immersed in water.

Thetford electric toilet fuse blows as soon as it's replaced, any ideas would be gratefully received

If all of the quick and easy suggestions above fail, then it’s almost certainly a defective switch board. Sadly, you need to carefully peel off the adhesive cover over the switch, to access it. After which all is simple. For generations, Thetford have left their switches unprotected from damp in the top of the unit, leaving failures unsurprisingly common.
