Is the emissions noted on the MOT? I haven' got up to check but I believe I saw it on our MOT.

Fill in the bits you do know, leave blank the bits you don't know and send off the application with payment.

The French authorities will work out what Class you are and send you the Crit'air sticker.

Plenty of threads on other forums discussing this issue.

Don't you have to attach a copy of the V5?  Let them sort it out!

Yes you do...but any scanned file will be large and over the upload limit set by the French Ministry...you will need to reduce the file....eg save as a pdf and use the file reducing option..

I have the friendly 'yellow' "2" sticker...

I suspect they are more interested in the Euro Class engine your motorhome has and fuel type. Tend to agree with Comeyras, fill in what you can and attach the V5. I don't recall having any issues when I applied for mine. The base vehicles used for motorhomes are not classified by emissions for VED purposes in the UK, unlike cars. The emissions are on the V5 but not illustrated in the same way they are for a car. Look right at the bottom of page two on the V5 but I would ignore them for the purposes of the Crit Air application.

Although this thread is about applying for a sticker I thought you might like to be aware that having sold our vehicle which had a sticker I contacted Crit Air to cancel it.  They first said they could not cancel it and when I went back citing Data Protection issues they then came back and confirmed they had removed all my details.
