Arrival times on sites

Last week my wife and I were booked into Knaresborough Caravan Club Site. The arrival time on this site is 1300 hrs however people started to arrive at 1200 hrs, which could lead to animosity between Club members and the Wardens who turned them away. After all where do you actually go. This occurred on numerous occasions during the week. Having checked the Booking form the standard arrival times 1200 -1400 / 1400 - 1600 etc. are displayed, so unless a member actually checks the site page they are unaware of this restriction. I have now been on at least 3 sites where this has occurred, why cant people wait to arrive on site at the correct times.  Perhaps the clubs software should highlight a later arrival time at the time of booking or the Club should change its general arrival time to 1300 hrs at all sites.

    If the pitch is available  why in God's name make you wait,last year I travelled  over 100 miles to Berwick sea view arriving at 1.30. only to be told you cannot  come in until 2.00 (ridulous) what's the point of been a member the time you book in and get set up the day is over  not a happy member ,,,,

    I dislike later arrival times than 12 O'Clock. However I abide by them
