Hello Fellow Motorhomes & Caravanners,

Last year we opened our doors in the Algarve Portugal to fellow Motorhomers on our Motorhome Aire. We were asked by many members if we accepted Caravans, however as we were newly opened and still running around like headless chooks, we weren't able to. However in 2018, we re-looked at the space and realised that in fact we had space for caravans.

Hence we would love to welcome fellow Caravanners to our site only 5kms from Vilamoura, Algarve Portugal. We have a limited number of Caravan pitches (4 in total), but we can accept caravans up to 10meters long. And the pitches are wide enough for you to erect an awning and/or safari tents. However please be aware, that we are set up as a Motorhome Aire and as such are set up like a typical UK CL site. Hence the caravan needs to be self-sufficient for a comfortable stay with us.

If you love Golf, or love the beaches of Vilamoura, then we welcome you to pop in and say Hello. We're surrounded by 6 top Golf courses in the Vilamoura Area and as you may know, we have 300 days of Sunshine to play Golf and/or Lawn Bowls.

We have been C&MC members for a few years now, and have always enjoyed staying on the many UK Club  & CL sites. In fact we have created our site in the image of our favourite CL sites back in the UK.

So if any fellow members are passing through the Algarve and would like to pop in for a visit, we look forward to putting on the kettle... or pouring a nice cold drink for you!

Have a lovely Spring everyone,

All the best from Vilamoura Rustic Motorhome Aire,

Anthea & Gerard

Hey!  ... that's great news.  I was one of those who queried your 'motorhomes only' position originally.

Your site is just the sort that appeals to us as  self-sufficient caravaners, and Portugal is in our plans for next year.  (Just hope I don't loose the bookmark).

Good luck for the season ....hope WX is better than here in Spain right now!
