Great service from Protec.

Apologies if this has been posted in the wrong section, was unsure where it should go.  We would just like to give an acknowledgement to Protec. We have a full cover to use over winter and it has been really great. Unfortunately our dealer, whilst doing a repair, ripped a hole in it!!  'Shall we remove the cover while you do this work? No sir, it won't cause a problem, you can leave it on', sadly that was not the case!

Anyway, contacted Protec to arrange a repair, the price quoted was excellent they arranged collection the next day, repair took 5 days and the cover was returned by courier.

Amazing customer service and an excellent repair done. If only our caravan dealer was a quarter as good!!!

    Glad you're happy with the service from Protec.

     

    You say you're happy with the service & price but surely the cost of repairs should be down to your dealer. They would be very quick to bill you if you damaged anything of theirs.

    Hope caravan dealers paying the cost of repair .Is there any good caravan dealers out there ?

    We have agreed on compensation of a half price service when it's due.  Seemed fair as the repair was nothing like that! smile
