One  of  the  great  Evangelists,  Billy  Graham,  has  died  at  99,  after  some  years  of  ill  health.

Nearer  My  God  To  Thee

    Many very wealthy people are substantial donors to charity. I don't have sufficient data to comment either way and, I suspect, neither do you.

    No I don't, but neither do I need it for my point.

    My point was for a man of 'the book' to amass such a fortune, is all the data I need to draw a conclusion of what is said and what is done!

    Wealth per se is not necessarily an indicator of a lack of spirituality but then I am not entirely surprised at your determination to see the worst. Having said that I share your disquiet at some TV evangelists.

    Actually Jasper his organisation set up a world wide relief agency called Samaritans Purse. Their staff are right now demonstrating the love of God by bringing aid to people in countries in great need.
