Spanish Road Signs
Please can anyone recommend a book / website. I would like clear pictures and translations of road signs.
Thanks

agree with David, fairly universal designs most of them...
re: direction signs, my satnav usually has me in the correct lane and knowing which exit to take, well before i get to a jucntion/roundabout.
you can relax, the traffic is far less heavy, a much more pleasant driving experience...

We bought a book from here (CAMC) for touring around europe but ive googled loads too, we have driven around France and Spain using hire cars in years gone by and never had any problems everything seems fairly obvious as far as signs go. The biggest thing recently seems to be "air pollution control areas" which can be a bit confusing in some countries

Likewise we didn't find the signs other than self explanatory but we did find the roundabouts confusing at first.
Imagine a roundabout split in half with the main road going through the middle. To go left you follow the roundabout round to the right as normal [for abroad] but then stop at the traffic lights on the other side of it in order to cross the main road before following the other half of the roundabout round to the right.

I doubt you'll have any problem with signs, they're pretty much a European/world standard. The only issue I've had in Spain is the lousy diversion signs they use compared to here or France.

LTC, they are generally referred to as a 'jug handle' junction. Fairly common in Spain and the USA.
