Hi Y'All
Although we've had a motor home for a couple of years, we've only just recently joined CMC. Finally decided that it's worth belonging to this and the CCC :-D.
We've had a 2004 Lunar Newstar for a couple of years, which I love to bits. Which is why it's been a bit traumatic having it off the road since early November after a lorry scored right down the side & took both windows out! Only up side is that at least it was over the worst months (rather than the summer) and it's been tucked away in the repairers garage most of the time.
So, never having left it for more than 3 weeks before, what do we need to check, do you think, before we take it out on the road? I've already had some very good advice from CMC on how to flush out the water system.
Looking forward to reading lots of discussions.
Terry (& Steve)

Well if it's been under the gentle care of a MotorHome Dealer there should be nothing untoward for you to fret about. Having said that ( ) I assume it was the off-side of the 'van that got clobbered or you would probably 'lost' the awning too.
I'd just check electrics, T.V aerial etc & have a prod around with a Damp Meter -- losing windows would have given the whole of which ever side it was a right good, or bad, shaking & battering.
Best wishes for you, hope you find all is 110% fine.
Brian
