    We have just been away for a few days at Ferry Meadows so I thought I would conduct another 4G experiment using my smart phone tethered to my Windows laptop. I have an app on the phone that tells me how much data I have used. In half an hour yesterday checking e-mails and looking at Club Together I used nearly a GB of data which would mean my monthly allowance of 6GB would be lucky to last 3 hours. That usage might not have been as much on a tablet but I am yet to experiment with one.

    Seems to me that your choice of 3G was the right one. Be interesting to know how you get on with it.
