This year I am looking for a site where children are not allowed, all dogs are banned there will be no twin axle units or motor caravans and 4x4 also to include suv's, I would also like to have singing and humming kept to moderate levels before 07.00 and after 19.00 hrs and no brevity at any time ,

on booking in at the commandants office a glass of sparkling wine will be handed to me whils his team would locate a suitable pitch and place my unit there and connect all services at this point the no BBQ rule is reiterated along with the rotary lines, then having finished the bottle of wine I will driven in  a buggy to our unit, oh one last thing no bedroom attire to worn outside the van at anytime a dress code will apply at all times scruffs will be evicted And sorry no Hobby vans or pickups.👍

    It's not a site in the true sense, only having one pitch available, and you would only get a small motorhome like ours up there. Sadly (or gladly) it's unstaffed as well, so a touch more do it yourself than you might require.....but it is a little piece of paradise!

    And will remain our secret.......go find your own!laughing

    You could go to Chew Valley, they pitch your van and I think they are adult only, or you could roll the 🎲

    Maybe 60 years ago Hooker you might have seen some of which you desire. That's when the CC was a real Club.

      Now that it has morphed into a hard nosed retail business, you have absolutely no chance. - Not even a glass of wine from the Warders.

    You are doing the right thing keeping it secret, we have two site's that we do not tell anybody about, one is in langdale and one in wasdale both sites only take one van probably best to call a pitch really,but to us they are heaven on earth,one pitch site's are like hens teeth, on the same note I would not recommend a CL either if we liked going there would not want it to become too popular.😎👍

    We know somewhere just like those "wild"places, but as we tend to spend a large part of the year in other quarters it does not get our patronage now as often ,we may in future use it more as it has nearly every we would want

    Hey, what's wrong with Hobby vans? Is it an envy thing? They are among the very best caravans and motorhomes manufactured in the world in my opinion!

    I do not have a van, mine is a RT   "recreational trailer" and will keep looking ,already have two sites that nearly fit the criteria,the only problem I have is using the same site twice😎👍
