Profile picture

Desperately trying to change my very old profile photo yet every photo gets rejected, big or small all in the right formats.   

 

Can't find the requirements anywhere, system just keeps saying that "I must upload a valid file".

 

Any help appreciated.

    For picture upload the file must be in GIF format and up to 500kb. Not sure if this is the same for profile pictures though.

    Unfortunately the profile pic uploading facility has a fault, this was acknowledged and reported a few weeks ago.

    Actually just checked my profile picture and it is jpeg and a bit more than 500kb so I must be wrong! Sorry.

    At present it won't accept any formats.

     I am stuck with a pile of pumpkins that won't change into a coach... oh no they won't! wink
