also is there a big button on the side of the heater than says thermal cut out? This may have tripped (for example if you tried an used electrics with no water in it) and you simply have to push it back it. See you manual to see where it is.
Silly question but I assume you have checked the EHU and inside the main electric switches for heater and power are on?

No don't work on gas.

It's not got a digital panel for any code to appear.

Unless I am very much mistaken the Senator will have a Truma ultra heat system. This as far as I know does not have any error codes. I believe that the control board relays can burn out and might be the source of your problem. Again to the best of my knowledge the fan system is 12v and really is independent of the fire. You can run it with the fire of to circulate hot air.

Thanks once again for all your help. But just 1 think I did notice about the air from the ducks sorry vents lol was it was a lot warmer air in the toilet and bedroom compared to the living room???????

Is it a shorter run? Are the vent pipes/tubes, don't know proper name for them! fully connected? No splits? We had one that had come adrift a bit. I have also read on CT that sometimes pipes/tubes run outside so check and insulate.

I don’t believe that Bailey Senators were ever fitted with Truma Combi systems. I could be wrong about this, but I don’t think that I am.
I think that you Caravan will be fitted with a Truma ultra heat fire 3kW gas 2kW electric. You control the gas by the circular knob on top of the fire housing.
The blown air portion will be a Truma ultravent system. This has a Y piece that sends the hot air in 2 directions. This includes a damper which you can adjust to force more air in one direction. I would suggest a previous owner has adjusted it to make the washroom warmer. As the room heater will heat the living space. As others have suggested make sure the ducting hasn’t been crushed or come adrift. I don’t know specifically but sometimes the ducting is run uninsulated on the outside of the van. This contributes to global warming but doesn’t help the local warming of your caravan.
Finally to complete the setup your hot water system will, if I am correct, a seperate Truma ultrastore system.

An annoying thing about these units is that while the instruction booklet has a well drawn picture or photograph showing where the cut out button, internal fuse... are, the actual heater with these buttons is installed, at least on mine, facing the outer caravan wall. So you have to work upside down with a few inches between it and the wall.
