And you know I'd do it too, as you ask so nicely!
We're booked into Cherrytree at York again, then to College Farm for X-Mas & Priestfield Grange for the New Year. Still a couple of site to book before York and similarly January.
Are you heading out again this year?

I wouldn't bother coming back TG, the forecast's for snow and wind in Scotland, and rain & winds in England for the next week and more.
Glad that you are enjoying yourselves in the fine weather, and have got rid of your colds.

It was a busy evening at work until about 9 p.m. when it went quiet, so they let me finish 15 minutes early at 21:45. Now two days off!

Thanks NTH, I watched countryfile last night and saw the forecast might be a good idea to see if we can stay longer really can't believe how good it is here just now, long may it last.
Another fine and sunny day today with no breeze so feels quite warm out on the terrace. Bit of housework done this morning and some washing, now out drying in the sun. Off to the shops shortly to get some fresh bread and milk, then back for lunch. Where to go this afternoon its a hard life.

It's a day off from work today, so no hurry to do anything. I've spent the morning, so far, just relaxing watching tv in the caravan. We got up just in time to see the last 45 minutes of Good Morning Britain with its discussion about Jedi with Piers Morgan dominating and dramatising the discussion, whilst drinking a cup of tea followed by breakfast cereal and boiled egg. Then on to the BBC news all about the Queens 70th Wedding Anniversary and the crisis in Zimbabwe!
Our first job today will be to pay the weeks site fees of £84, so we'll have to wait for the site owner to turn up before we can do that. Then we'll probably have lunch at about midday before going to the house address in Worthing to swap cars and give the Shogun a run with possibly a visit to WWT Arundel and another trip on the boat safari.
Then we plan to go shopping at the Shoreham Tesco Extra this evening.
Our caravan JVC CD player has gone out of order so another repair job for the caravan servicing on 4th January when its booked to have the fridge done.

No, its just different!!! We have it on three machines. The only problem I have on my PC is that it doesn't seem to like IE11 and is always wanting you to use Edge which is OK but I like all the menus and taskbars in IE.

DD was also making a Christmas cake this weekend, using a Delia recipe, looks good and hopefully will taste good, we will never know as she is making it for a charity raffle in her office. Company have paid for the ingredients and asked her to make it.
Her utility room is nearly finished, lights all fixed, but she needs to buy more silicone sealant as the tube we had ran out half way round the tiles.
Yesterday I painted the ceiling in her downstairs toilet, now off to do the walls. Will no doubt need 2 coats as it is going from cream to pale turquoise.
This afternoon I plan to make a start on fitting the runners for the 6 internal drawers OH has requested for a cupboard.
Wet here, but at least it is not snowing......yet!

My left knee has a known problem and probably needs or will need replacing at some point. Although I am trying to avoid that!!! I generally manage with it and in the summer could still walk 2/3 miles. With the right knee which is where the new problem is I have the tell, tell pains on the inside of the knee but the worse bit is the back of the knee which I don't recall suffering from before. My hope is that I have just pulled something and it will gradually get better but so far still pretty painful. Thanks to those who offered sympathy.

David ,,don't put it off !! The pain you're experiencing is bone rubbing on bone ,because the protective cartilage is breaking down.My new knee joints (Titanium") give me no problems whatsoever.I can still climb on and off boats ,walk as far as i need, don't do jogging or running, but can use my bike (or kneel down to paint skirtings !! oh dear !! ) but can kneel down gently/briefly.If you put it off too long you may find the legs bowing outwards at the knees.Depending on your life style and pain threshold, maybe six weeks of exercise and physio' could see you comfortable.I knocked off my medication after a week,so'as to drive again.,,,good luck .

We visited my cousin this afternoon and collected our mail then gave the Shogun a run before returning to swap over back to the Smart car. Then went to Tesco pfs to refuel before returning to our caravan. We're now having a cup of tea before going to Tesco Extra Shoreham to do some shopping.

I can't believe we managed to get sorted and hitched up this morning without getting wet. It fairly hosed down on Bolton Abbey this morning and all the way over the Yorks/Lancs hills and the sun finally came out when we drove into North Wales, I kid you not.
Unpacked in the dry then took MIL and Mrs. WN out for a bite to eat because there's nothing in the fridge, I don't want to go shopping today and I definitely don't want to cook. Need to clean the van soon though.
Enjoyed our last outing in the van this year. Roll on January.
