We're pleased to announce that we have been named Best Caravan Insurance Provider at this year's Insurance Choice Awards 2017 as well as our customer service team taking the top spot as Customer Service Champion.

    Who were the Judges because the Club wasn't awarded a prize from me on price when I renewed my Insurance?

    Could I also ask what happened to the 'Caravanner of the Year Award' this year?

    Reading the Item it would seem that 1 in 25 claims fail to be settled with a pay out. It would be interesting to know why quite so many fail.

    Extract: 'Our caravan insurance has been independently rated 5-stars by Defaqto since 2012 for its wide range of features and benefits, and we’ll always be there to offer great service along the way.

    In 2016, (only) 96% of claims were paid out, and 8 out of 10 members prefer to renew their caravan insurance with us'.

    i got a quote from them in June this year and found it was dearer than my car and house insurance added together, hence i went elsewhere.

    I am a great supporter of the Club's Caravan Insurance.  When we had a caravan stolen, the Club's insurance death with the claim sensitively, fairly and efficiently.  The person who had his van stolen at the same time had nothing but hastle with his insurer.  Congratulations to the Club's insurance folk - we'll deserved, I'm sure.  Congratulations to Customer Services too.
