    It absolutely is. But for interpersonal skills you need to know who's important and who isn't.  It is easy to assume those that shout loudest are the most important and have the most need   

    Like a Ryanair' flight our Rally's are generally full, but the customer service is much better, than Ryanair.

    I thought at first the highlight of this thread was going to be the Steps - Chain Reaction video......

    But the insight on the last couple of pages into the mindset of a couple of members shows that the best was indeed being saved to last......laughing
