Hi everyone, we've ditched the tent and bought a motorhome cool

Now I need to find somewhere to 'refill' a 6kg Calor bottle and a 6kg BP gas bottle in or near Kettering / Northampton. Does anybody know please?

Cheers

Trevor

Most garagesMorrison's super markets/garden centres/caravan dealers will stock Calor not sure about BP gas

Ps I am sure someone will soon be along to advise about the advantages of installing a refillable  gas system wink

When you say refill I assume you mean swap? Just Google Calor dealers in your area and it should come up with a selection of options. Most Club sites also sell Calor Gas as do most Go Outdoors stores.

For BP light I usually swap mine at a Homebase, currently gradually being rebranded as Bunnings.

Calor have their own website where you put your postcode in the search field, a list of stockist then comes up, with the travelling distances to each and their telephone number so you can check the availability before going.

Brilliant, thanks for the replies. Got Calor from the garden shop on London Rd. Just off to Riverside to investigate BP :)

Sudden burst of Northamptonians here! Haven't bought any calor locally this year, but have used the Bestbuys on Wellingborough Embankment in the past, where last time it was cheaper than Riverside (which is close indeed to where I live!)
Enjoy yourself - we've only recently moved from years and years of tenting into a caravan, now converted :-)
