French sites open in November

Hi guys, due to one thing and another we have had to delay our holiday until the beginning of November. We would appreciate any suggestions you may have for sites between Calais and anywhere around the south of France. We know most sites are closed but any recommendations would be welcomed please.

Have a look at the ACSI card website www.campingcard.co.uk and use the search box to type in the 1st November (or the start date of your holiday) and France as the country to be searched in, and you'll find all open sites.  There are still 210 ten sites listed as open on the 1st November, but whether they are useful to you on your journey south depends on where you're starting from, and where exactly you want to end up.  There appears to be quite wide coverage in most areas.

See here:  ACSI Sites open on 01/11/2017

And if you need more than that then go to UKCampsite.co.uk and use their campsite search facility - click on sites open all year and scroll down till you get to the French ones. You will find a long list there including many which are outside the ACSI scheme. And if you are in a Motorhome there are all the Aires too.
