Shocking night here last night. Complete silence until an owl hooted! And then the birds twittering woke us up at 8.30am......The joys of having a pretty site all to oneself, and only £15 as well. No queue for shower either....

AD, have experienced many neighbours leaving very early with minimum disturbance it was just on this occasion the constant slamming of both caravan and car doors every few minutes that was doing my head in. I have to get up at 4am 3 mornings a week for work so really appreciate a chance of a lie in 😴

I agree Phil- it can be done quietly and I can understand  why some, including myself, want to leave early. We come to some real out of the way places and that being so, are tight to get to, so, anything that helps to avoid that is welcome. Starting early helps enormously with not meeting any traffic. We always try to get into a position where the early morning prep will cause the least if any disturbance. We always whisper and find ourselves whispering even when we have left!!

Lets face it - if they didn't make a racket when leaving early we would have nothing to moan about would we?

Yes it can be annoying but does it happen every day, occasionally or rarely?

Can't say I had noticed, as I am usually asleep.
