Just saved a life possibly
We're on a site at the moment and I was sitting in the caravan having a nice glass of wine when I looked out the window and had to dash out the door, didn't even have time to put aything on my feet.
An oldish person who has just arrived and was setting up decided to move his car after unloading it, to park it along side his caravan. As I glanced across I could see him moving the car but he still had his poor dog attached to the tow ball on its lead walking behind the car and had just started to reverse until I started shouting for him to stop

Milothedog - well done - I bet the next glass of wine tasted even better.
Could I ask how old you consider 'an oldish person' to be?
I'm 76.

I worry about the hound if that's the standard
I would worry about the people around him - and that includes you and I !!

I've never come across a child tethered to a tow hitch K!
Well done Milo. Not the best place to tie up the dog, hope it isn't repeated.

Just a bad choice of description of the person at the time
Thanks for the kind words everyone but I'm sure we would all have done the same if faced with the same situation. I still being ribbed by my wife about the language I used and how fast I got up and out the door. The good thing is I didn't spill any of my wine
