Well it's under way. Team time trial today and Chris Froome has already a few seconds on those who are supposed to be his main rivals. Is this going to be his year for the double?

Is no-one watching this? Chris Froome has now been in the leader's Red Jersey for 3 days.....can he keep it for the remainder of the race? He managed to extend his lead today, from 2 to 10 secs. It looks as if his main challenge will come from Esteban Chavez, of Orica-Scott, who has great support from the Yates brothers.

I don't watch TV much at home other than to be sociable.

What stunning scenery. Did you notice all the motorhomes on the road sides? Well done Froome, increased his lead again. Reminder to self, must return to this beautiful part of Spain.

Once again Sky looks like ending up winning a tour. What special food supplements are Sky using to achieve such a great performance ?

Mich obliged Bugs. Thanks for that.  I wonder how long it will take the other teams to realise the enormous benefits of "eating Carbs" the way team Sky does..

    Cheers K

Surely the key to Sky's winning formula is to back up all their nutritional expertise with having a fully committed team of top class riders, both "drivers" and climbers behind a definite leader.

A great win by Froome overall and an exceptional win by Cantona today.

Lets hope the British people give Chris the credit he deserves.  He is one hell of a sportsman
