What about Spain in February?
We took our Motorhome across to Cherbourg at the end of August and toured around France for 6 weeks....loved it! One of the things that really added to our enjoyment was the fact that we didn't have to book anywhere (except La Flotte) and found some fabulous sites.
Towards the end of September we met a lot of people heading into Spain and down towards the south coast and Portugal ..... green with envy we decided to follow that example in February/March 2017 and escape the UK winter. Our plan is to head down to Santander, have a few days around there and then follow the good weather south.
We intend to take our time and stop over for a couple of nights here and there until we get to the coast (wherever that may be) and to stay there for a week or so just lapping up the environment and of course local food and wine!
The big question is about how busy the sites are likely to be at that time of year, is it like France in September or do we need to book?
Also, has anyone found a really good site near the sea in either Spain or Portugal?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! ....anyone wanting some great places in France - just let me know!
cheers Nick

Would echo Brue's suggestion of asking questions in the Overseas Section of the discussion area. In fact you may find there are already a couple of ongoing topics on similar questions.

Where do these old enquiries come from, and how do they pop up?
