Porch Awnings. Does Yours Keep Out The Rain?
Because mine doesn't. Hasn't really done so since new(4 years). Just FABSEALed it to see if that helps.

I have an air pro 390 and have just spent the week in Switzerland where it bounced it down everyday bar one. The awning did the job admirably. I had to pack it away wet for our trip down to Italy where it is doing a great job as a sunroom!

My Isabella Magnum is 6 years old now and has never had any kind of waterproof treatment since new. It has never let a drop of water in.

both my main awning Bradcott and my porch awning, Suncamp, have both kept out the rain in some very heavy and sustained downpours in the Lake District.
With the porch awning you have to make sure the seal pads are touching and/or close to the caravan, we use extra poles here.

My Bracot Air Aspire has only had one really good soaking (All day and night last month) but has seen plenty of showers and is 100%. water proof.

When I had a porch awning I noticed dripping from the roof part, after further investigation I found it to be condensation not a leak. Have you checked it thoroughly MG?

We have Kampa 200 Air porch awning for two seasons.
Had loads of experience with inclement weather and has never leaked.

It's not late coming at the sides that's the problem, but from the roof.

There is condensation, but stuff is getting soaked.
