adventure to spain

we have been caravanning for 6 years.for our main holiday we usually go to france.2018 we are going to spain.we are doing Eurotunnel and driving down to l'escala due to ferry prices being so high.we have 3 adults and 2 children.i am looking for advice on stopovers not sure if to do one or two stops and need advice on where to stopover.hope you can advise.julie

    It's about 750 miles altogether from the tunnel. But  what time are you arriving/leaving Calais - that will decide how far you get on day one. Take care.
