    The answer to the OP, as far as I understand, is that a family member has to be a close relative who stays at the same address.

    As a family member, they can use the lead members outfit on sites, at member rates, without the lead member being present.  This would apply on all Club sites, and on CLs.

    Our daughter was a family member for a few years for just this purpose, and she was then able to use our van, which we sited for her, and take a friend along.

    My eldest daughter has on a number of occasions joined me on CC sites. Simply paid for the extra person and on occasion for parking

    What happened to us was obviously wrong. It is the address issue on member only sites, as stated by the OP that appears to raise questions.

    I suppose  you could cheat slightly and say the "family member" did stay at the same address, but they would only be able to use your outfit, not one of their own.

    Sorry for the late reply but I have been away from Club Together.

    I am pleased to confirm, you are welcome to have non Members stay with you in your outfit on all of our Club sites.

    Hi Navigateur,

    Sorry for the late reply but I have been away from Club Together.

    Non Members can stay with Members in their outfits so long as the Member is in the outfit overnight.

    I hope this makes sense but please let me know if not.
