Lovely sites

Going to give Luxembourg and Moselle valley a try for our main holiday for a month from the back end of August (ACSI time!) and wondered if anyone has up-to-the-minute site recommendations from their travels so far this year in that part of the world. As oldies, like quiet sites in scenic area with nearby walks and cycle tracks - and not too far from a village/town with a decent supermarket/cafes etc. And if anyone has tried the Luxembourg tourism card, is it worth having for two days?

Stayed at Hollandischer Hof (ACSI 809) a couple of years ago.  Very nice site right on the banks of the Moselle.  Note ACSI period starts on 17 Sep!  Shops etc and all you need nearby.  Cycle track along river/road to villages etc.

No recent experience of that area, but a few years ago we did stay along the Moselle.  Not on campsites, but at Stellplatze for MHs.  Cycled past Hollandischer Hof (see above post) on one trip, and it looked to be in a good position.  We also cycled past a site just outside of Cochem, and that also appears to be in a good position.  Don't know whether that is an ACSI site though.

For cycling the area is excellent, with signposted routes along the Moselle, and also routes away from the river.  Signposts have distances on them too, so you can work out a route.

Thanks for the suggestions. Camping  De La Sure at Diekirch and Hollandischer Hof look promising. Pity ACSI period doesn't start at the latter until September 17.
