Eurotunnel Adavanced Passenger Information

Does anyone know how to do this with a caravan club booking? Says I need a password which comes with the booking but my booking doesn't have it. Club closed today as well so can't ring.

    The advice last year for Club tunnel bookings was to phone the tunnel staff on 0330 123 3207 for them to take your details personally. - but perhaps things have moved on since then.

    I booked with the C&CC travel service, on the confirmation email / booking reference it tells you to phone and give the information, the above phone number is given on my documents.

    When you book direct with Eurotunnel the confirmation e-mail comes with a password and it can all be completed online. Obviously the Club systems have a different method.

    As said, your confirmation Email has a footnote to ring Eurotunnel, when booked through the club your details must be given over the phone, online is not an option.

    It's quickly answered and only takes a couple of minutes, have your booking reference to hand.

    That's exactly what we did - fast and efficient.

    Have your passports to hand when you ring and note the operator reference number on your confirmation email.

    Did ours the same day as making tbe booking - get it done while I remember.

    We booked the Tunnel independently in Dec for a quick New Year break in a gite in the Somme and gave permission for Eurotunnel to store my details.

    However, when we booked for the summer hols through the Club we had to ring and give the API - and Eurotunnel couldn't access my prior details as this time we had booked via the Club and not independently. Odd?
