When I was still 'at work' the phrase "shed tugger" was one of the few repeatable comments that being a caravanner attracted! The comments were always made in jest and were part of a general mickey taking atmosphere.

It did allow me though to extol the virtues of campsite life,be it tent, caravan or MH, and there are now several of those mickey takers that have taken up the pastime.

I think AD is spot on, so far as we are concerned, and having the car means that out MH buddies also get transport! Currently at Les Sablons and on way out and back they use Aires and we use sites then, when we meet up, it's sites for both of us.

On Site he has a waste hose into the hedge, I crack the cap on the Wastemaster. He uses a an Aquaroll to fill up his tank,so do I.

So far the only big difference is that three of us look forward to the Aperol Spritz in the afternoon and one doesn't!

...the other difference is that your mate seems to have got all his kit on his own pitchwink

...surely, that wouldn't be your car parked on an adjacent pitch? tskundecided
