Sites at Siersburg/Saarlouis, Germany

Travelling to Lake Caldonazzo in a couple of weeks time. On our outward route to Italy  we stayed once at a site in Siersburg but their website says the road after the village is closed and a diversion is in place which looks to add around 30 minutes each way (the Google English translation isn't over clear).  I have found what looks like a Municipal Campsite a little further down in Saarlouis but can't seem to find any reviews on it, nor does it appear in Camping Cheques or ACSI. Anyone with any knowledge or info on either? Would be very much appreciated. Our German is very schoolboy!!.

Is this the one you are looking at? http://www.campingplatz-saarlouis.de/  It gets a good review in the Clubs European Guide dated 2015. Ten minute walk into town.

Good site for an overnight, interesting fortified area to look around, and great for the dogs. It was dropped by ACSI for some reason a couple of years ago.

Thanks DJG. Seems a handy site and not too far out of the way.
